A clear next step for your music career.
I help independent artists and bands work through the decisions that can be difficult to make on their own: what to release next, where to spend limited time and money, whether an opportunity is worthwhile, and what actually deserves attention right now.
Get experienced, objective guidance without signing a management contract, joining an expensive program, or making a long-term commitment.
At Encore Artist Consulting, my goal is to help you thrive as a creative. I’ll work hand-in-hand with you to help you operate more efficiently, turn your brand into a business, and set you up with best practices to achieve success. Whether you are just starting out or have been at it for years, I can provide value and help you accomplish your goals and dreams.
Independent guidance. Practical next steps. Built for working artists.
Good music doesn’t automatically create a clear career path.
Independent artists are expected to release music, promote themselves, book shows, create content, understand their numbers, manage money, and evaluate opportunities. Most are doing all of that without an experienced person helping them step back and see how the pieces fit together.
That is why I created Encore. It gives artists somewhere to bring the questions that affect what they do next.
Encore may be right for you if:
You’re releasing music, but each campaign feels like starting over.
You have several possible priorities and don’t know which one matters most.
You’re deciding whether to spend money on PR, advertising, touring, content, or another service.
You’re playing shows or increasing your streams but aren’t converting that activity into lasting growth.
You’ve received an offer from a manager, label, publicist, promoter, or other partner and want an objective perspective.
You want experienced guidance but don’t need or are ready for traditional management.
Choose the conversation you need:
Quick Strategy Call — $50 (30 minutes)
Bring defined questions, challenges, or decisions. We’ll talk through the situation, identify what matters, and decide what your next move should be.
This call works well for questions such as:
Should we release another single before the EP?
Is this promotional opportunity worth the money?
Should we accept this show or tour?
Which vendor or service makes the most sense?
What do our recent results actually tell us?
What should we prioritize next?
Artist Strategy Call — $100 (60 minutes)
Use a full strategy call when you need to examine several connected parts of your project or create a broader plan.
We can address:
Release and campaign planning
Audience growth and fan conversion
Live and regional-development strategy
Branding and positioning
Content priorities
Streaming and performance data
PR, management, label, or partnership decisions
Career planning and accountability
Afterward, I’ll send you a short written recap of the priorities and next actions we discussed.
Calls are held virtually. Payment is collected when you book, and there is no obligation to continue working together afterward.
I don’t believe every artist problem can be solved by posting more.
Social media can help people discover your music, but it is only one part of building a career.
Releases, live shows, fan relationships, branding, spending decisions, and consistent follow-through still need to work together. I’ll look at your actual music, audience, resources, goals, and opportunities instead of giving you another generic content schedule.
Advice from someone who has done the work.
I’m Jesse Lebhar, the founder of Encore Artist Consulting.
I’ve spent more than a decade working across artist management, touring, merchandising, promotion, project management, and artist development. That work has involved artists, venues, promoters, agencies, labels, sponsors, and music organizations across the United States, Canada, and Europe.
I know how quickly artists can become overwhelmed by competing advice and expensive services. My job is to help you understand the situation, make a sound decision, and leave the conversation knowing what to do next.
What’s your biggest challenge right now?
You don’t need to have your entire career figured out before booking. Bring me the problem that keeps coming up, the decision you’ve been putting off, or the part of your plan that simply isn’t working. We’ll start there.
